WELLINGTON VINTAGE CRICKET CARNIVAL PACKAGES
The packages prepared for the 6th World Vintage Cricket Carnival to be held in Wellington between Sunday March 18 and Saturday March 24, 2012 represent excellent value with outstanding accommodation in delightful hotels all very handily situated in New Zealand’s capital city.

There is a team entry fee of NZ$250 per team or part team and
individual entry fee of NZ$35 per person for individual participants.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. THE NEW ZEALAND DOLLAR prices are the base prices and the
foreign currency prices are as per exchange rates at 1st May 2010.
Currency fluctuations will alter these prices and need to be checked
regularly.
2. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE in the event of currency
fluctuations, changes to local tax rates in New Zealand and exceptional
events beyond the control of the organisers and their suppliers.
3. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The payment schedule for deposits required to secure your required accommodation will be :-
A) An initial deposit of NZ$100 per person to be paid against invoice.
B) A second deposit of NZ$200 per person to be paid by 31 March, 2011.
C) Full payment of the outstanding balance due no later than February 1, 2012
Please note that invoices will be issued for each payment well in advance of the payment deadline.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY:
All cancellations must be advised in writing. The Team Entry fee is non-refundable after 1st March 2011.
For any cancellations received in writing twelve months or more prior
to the commencement date of the Carnival, payments will be fully
refunded less a handling fee of NZ$50 per person.
For cancellations received 180-364 days prior to the commencement date
of the Carnival, payments will be refunded less a handling fee of
NZ$100 per person.
For cancellations received 90-179 days prior to the commencement date
of the Carnival, package payments will be refunded less a handling fee
of NZ$150 per person.
For cancellations received 45-89 days prior to the commencement date of
the Carnival, package payments will be refunded less a handling fee of
NZ$200 per person.
For cancellations received 44 days or less prior to the commencement
date of the Carnival, package payments are non-refundable or
transferable.
5. ALL PROPERTIES HAVE BEEN INSPECTED and are of excellent
quality and are geared to handle visiting teams and supporters. All are
within good distance of the Wellington CBD and Courtenay Place
restaurant and bar precinct. They have been graded on the size and
quality of rooms, on their proximity to the city and the facilities
they offer. All have dining rooms and bar facilities and are handy to
cafes, restaurants and bars.
Rooms in some hotels are limited and teams making 1st requests and
paying deposits will reserve the accommodation that they request. In
the event the requested accommodation is not available the organisers
will suggest equivalent alternatives.
6. All participants are urged to take full travel insurance cover including cancellation insurance.
